Rooms
Q Can children stay at the hotel?
For safety and to preserve a quiet stay, guests must be 13 years of age or older.
Q Are the guest rooms non-smoking?
All guest rooms, terraces and indoor areas are non-smoking. Please use the smoking space in the courtyard.
Q What is the capacity of each room?
Each room is about 40 sq m or larger and has two semi-double beds. Standard capacity is 4 adults; the suite can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Facilities
Q Can I watch streaming services on the TV?
In addition to terrestrial TV, you can log in with your own account to enjoy services such as Netflix and YouTube.
Q What amenities are provided?
We provide Oita herbal tea, locally roasted coffee, original bamboo amenities, OSAJI hair and skin care, Dyson hair dryers, GENEVA speakers and other carefully selected items.
Q Is room wear provided?
MODA room wear is provided. It is based on the day pajama by the Japanese brand NOWHAW with a comfortable feel and a look suitable for the lounge as well as your room. Complimentary rental is available at the front desk.
Q Is a humidifying air purifier provided?
Yes. One is installed in every guest room for a comfortable stay.

Dining
Q What is included in the free-flow service?
Enjoy Oita alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks at your leisure. It is a gentle beginning to your stay.
Q What is dinner like?
Dinner is a kaiseki-style meal using generous seasonal ingredients from Oita, served slowly one dish at a time.
Q Is breakfast served buffet-style?
No. Breakfast is served as an individual set meal. Please enjoy a gentle breakfast in the morning light and air of Yufuin.

Q What are check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 15:00. Lounge free-flow service also begins at 15:00, so you can ease into your stay. Check-out is at 10:00.
Q Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking spaces are available on site.
Q Do you offer a hotel shuttle?
We operate a complimentary shuttle from JR Yufuin Station.
